Tahoe RF Semiconductor Inc. is a provider of innovative, leading-edge solutions for the RF/Analog IC marketplace. We specialize in RFIC circuit design and layout, and Intellectual Property (IP) Cores. In addition, Tahoe RF provides a wide variety of design services, including foundry interface, circuit characterization, and packaging management. Our customers include large, established semiconductor and end-product firms as well as small, growing startup companies.

Tahoe RF is experienced in designing ICs in multiple foundries, from 0.5 microns to 90nm technologies. We have strong relationships with many of the leading foundries. We have been certified as "Ready for IBM Technology" by IBM Foundry Services and are winners of the 2006 IBM Beacon Award because of our proven ability to deliver robust, specification-compliant integrated circuit solutions. In addition, we have developed IC products in Jazz Semiconductor, Atmel, Fujitsu, Peregrine, and other technologies.

The Tahoe RF Semiconductor engineering and management team has worked together since 1996, and has jointly produced multiple first silicon success. Tahoe RF was founded in 2002 by engineers and managers from the Wireless RFIC Products Division of IBM.
