Tahoe RF Semiconductor Inc. is a full service, turnkey provider of innovative, leading-edge solutions for the RF/Analog IC marketplace. We specialize in developing RFICs and fully integrated systems and subsystems on a chip. Tahoe RF’s responsibility begins with our customer’s requirements and ends with the delivery of fully-tested, custom production silicon.

Tahoe RF has a rich library of silicon proven IP cores and solutions, which are leveraged in the creation of optimized integrated subsystems and systems.

Tahoe RF is foundry agnostic and will select a technology best suited to the customer’s specific requirements. Tahoe RF has strong relationships with most major foundries.

Tahoe RF performs full product qualification under industry-standard environmental conditions, using high-frequency mixed-signal ATE testers at high-volume capable test facilities.

Tahoe RF’s customers include large, established semiconductor and end-product firms as well as small, growing startup companies.

Tahoe RF’s solutions range from high volume commercial applications to the demanding needs of military, space and automotive designs.

The Tahoe RF engineering and management team have worked together since 1996 in Auburn, CA under different companies. This team worked as part of IBM Wireless RFIC Products Division, prior to founding Tahoe RF Semiconductor Inc. as a separate company in 2002.
