Title: VP/Director of Marketing
Location: SF Bay area

Description:
The candidate will head marketing and business development responsibilities.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Evaluate upcoming markets, identify key market segments and define product roadmap
- Manage new products from concept to launch to mass customer adoption
- Interface with customers to define market needs and translate those needs into market requirements document
- Conduct market assessments and create business cases for new applications that include:

	- ROI and financial goals
	- Target markets and customer identification
	- Competitive analysis and IP assessment
	- Product strategy
	- Licensing strategy and royalty structure
	- Planning and executing on market launch for new applications
	- Work with engineering team to define parallel opportunities

- Build relationships with 3rd party companies
- Create product roadmaps based on market trends and provide leadership for corporate strategy efforts
- Support business development to increase revenue on released products
- Generate and report forecasted product costing, revenue and ROI
- Interface with internal and external development and production engineering personnel
- Some travel is required as per the business needs

Qualifications Required
- Combined 10-15 years experience in both technical and product marketing roles for analog/mixed signal products
- Strong understanding of Semiconductor technologies and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record in new product development & introduction
- Experience resolving customer/supplier issues related to new product introduction & production
- Highly intelligent and self-motivated with strong organization skills
- Ability to manage successfully multiple products simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with licensing of technology a plus

Education Requirements:
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent preferred.
- MBA a plus
